Materials

My goal is to create beautiful, unique, hand-crafted and custom-made jewellery using sterling silver beads and chain, Swarovski crystal, glass, semi-precious stones, Mother-of Pearl pearls, freshwater pearls, natural minerals and stones and exceptional sterling silver plated beads and pendants. I always select each component of a piece with great care, and I endeavour to create every design with attention to detail, texture and colour.

We always pack away our cool cottons and white linens as September approaches and get ready for warm wool sweaters and mittens. So it is with jewellery. The change of the season means that the rich, dark hues of fall and winter are welcomed back. Black onyx, topaz, dark green labradorite, the deep browns, reds and gold of jasper and the rich tones of smoky quartz. Just think how great a bold, chunky silver necklace with cornelian and honey jade would look over your favourite turtleneck sweater. How about a blue lapis necklace with the inimitable “blue jeans and a crisp, white shirt”? Need I go on? Then, before we know it, it will be summer again and we’ll be back to sleeveless tops and sandals, and our blue turquoise, coral and white agate necklaces will re-appear, accented with beautiful sterling silver beads!
